BRAC provides a comprehensive family of residential (RGW), commercial (CGW) grey water and rainwater harvesting (RWH) systems which may be used in the home or in any number of commerical environments to save on potable water use and reduce the generation of wastewater by as much as 30 - 40%.

Payback in homes can be as little as three (3) years depending on a variety of items including local requirements, costs for water and sewer rates and in commercial jobs in as little as 42 months in a new facility or in 52 months in a retrofit.

Extensive savings can be achived in a variety of businesses from  -  laundromats, hotels, apartment buildings, correctional facilities and health clubs/fitness centers to community swimming pools or anywhere greywater can be recovered and recycled.

Residential - 

There are four (7) residential models available which are designed to meet the needs of different sized families. While these models have been primarily developed to meet the needs of homeowners they can also be linked together to provide unique solutions for apartment buildings and businesses without the need to install the larger commercial units.

The units vary in capacity from the RGW-150 ( 39 Gallons), the RGW-250 ( 66 Gallons), the Low Boy LB-300 ( 78 Gallons),  RGW-350 ( 93 gallons), RGW-450 ( 119 gallons), RGW-500 ( 132 Gallons) and RGW-502 (132 Gallons) . The capacities of each unit reflects the number of people in the household that each was designed to support.

The 150 suports 3 people, 250 - 6 people, 300 - 6 people, 350 - 9 people, 450 - 12 people, 500 and 502 12 people.

Support Components

 Additional support items  such as a Sump Pump or Lift Station ( larger homes ) may be required for your residential install and Lift Stations, Blue Dye Dispensers and Pressure Tanks may be required for commercial systems.

Commercial  -

There are six (6) commercial models presently availableand one residential/commercial system - the SGW-2000 the newest model to arrive. While there are six distinct models there are many additional combinations that can be made up by linking multiple models together but engineering and pump/piping considerations need to be taken into account when doing so.

The models are SGW-2000, CGW-3400, CGW-4200, CGW-5000, CGW-6600, CGW-13200 and CGW-19800 ( 3 model 6600's linked together).
